I bought this for my daughter to use with Wii Sing, but the USB plug-in won’t fit into the USB portion of the Wii controller. Am I doing something wrong?

My daughter received this game for her birthday. I have heard no complaints. Only that she will not share w/brother because it is her game. As a former “video queen”, I need to start playing these Wii games, so I can give a first hand account of product.

The microphone does not amplify sound on our Wii or TV. Yet it worked fine on our friends TV and Wii. They tried the microphone on two other TV’s and Wii’s and it didn’t work well. So it appears that the microphone is not compatible on all of the TV’s…. Doesn’t make much sense….??

The sound from the microphone is hard to hear on the TV. The music from Guitar Hero over powers the sound of my voice as i’m singing.
