I have a 12v battery in my boat. I also have two 12v speakers. I also have an iPod. Here’s what I wanna do and I barely know anything about electronics: I want to hook them all up together to play music off of my iPod on my boat. How would I got about doing that? Don’t I need something like an amplifier or a car stereo also? Please tell me how to do this. Thanks

Well, I know little about boats but I know a lot about cars. Yes, you need a car stereo with an “AUX” port on the front of the radio, & you will need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable to connect the ipod to the radio.
You will need an amp to connect to the battery, ground, and radio, and you can connect the speakers to the amp.
