I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for about 15 years and all these years I had full confidence in their product and what they stand behind. I never had any problem with purchase until now. I had this stereo system for exactly 2 days until it stopped functioning completely. When I turn this system on nothing happens except just turns off by itself. I waited longer for this product to get to my place then to actually use it. Absolutely disappointed. From now on, I will go to store directly get electronic equipments instead of ordering online.

My daughter loves music and as such is very particular in the features she wants. She has an extensive music collection which includes some cassettes and she wanted a system with a sub-woofer. Despite what the technical specs say, this system has neither. I thought it would be a perfect gift as most systems with subwoofers are much more powerfull than she needs (they are also much more expensive) and was very disappointed with what I received. I was also unimpressed with Amazon’s lack of interest in resolving the situation. I have returned the unit and will seek another system elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the service. I ordered this stereo for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it on 12/6/07 and received it the next day. She is thrilled with it. It is exactly what was expected–quality sound at a reasonable price. I would definitely order again from Amazon.com!

This product was shown with a tape player in it but when I received the product and unpacked it, there was no tape player in the unit. Apparently this was the North American Version with no tape player. I kept it anyway because it served my purposes and I didn’t want the hassle of packing it up and returning it. However, I will not buy another product from your sight.

The sound is good, not Bose but good. The reception however leaves a little to be desired. The included antenna works but the set has difficulty picking up some AM stations. Have not tried the CD portion yet.
